These Terms & Conditions Hai Baje and forms a binding agreement with all its users. These terms apply to the use of Hai Baje's website, mobile app, or any other digital platform.

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (betting turnover) that must be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time window — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• Hai Baje reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

All betting activity on Hai Baje is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bet payouts are determined once the match or event result has been confirmed through official sources.
• Hai Baje reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is removed and the bet is recalculated accordingly.
• The maximum payout limit is set individually for each market.
• For live betting, only bets confirmed before an odds change will be accepted.

If Hai Baje suspects any form of sports manipulation or match fixing, it reserves the right to withhold payouts on the relevant bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hai Baje:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to place bets in a pre-arranged manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to harass or cause harm to other users.

Hai Baje may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or incorrect information has been provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you voluntarily request self-exclusion.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and the closure is not due to a terms violation, that balance will be refunded. Users who wish to close their own account may also contact support to do so.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruption due to an unexpected technical error.
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
